Forehead Flakiness Skin Is Oily But Flaky?

Skin is oily but flaky? - forehead flakiness

My skin is oily, not super fat, but enough to cause acne, but my skin is very scaly and around the nose and forehead. The scaling is not dry, but it is rather oily skin peeling. I do not know how to handle them, because if I will not be marketed moisturizer for dry skin becomes dry, but when I moisturizer cause acne in other areas. My skin is very sensitive and using every time I try, a brush, even slightly, I wake up with her whole face is red and swollen. Please help!

The same problem I have with my oily skin, but is under control. The flakes are caused by dry skin, or dehydration (drink lots of water has been caused, but it is essential) for a healthy skin, whatever your skin type. These scales are most likely to be caused by the skin of dead cells from the skin and normal skin removed, because the oil causes the dead skin cells clump together and stick to the skin, almost like training a residue on the skin is peeling and looks like. This in turn can lead to clogged pores and make acne worse. Moisturizing oil-based moisturizers can aggravate the problem, but some moisture is needed to keep a balance.

To the flakes at the forehead and nose, checking, peeling I once a day with Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream. It is very concentrated, with fine granules, almost like a shrub of salt. Unfortunately, it is soft and likely to irritate sensitive skin. However, the key to the exfoliation of dead skin is removed. It's just an idea, but you can try using a soft cloth with your regular detergentand gently massage your skin with a circular motion for peeling. Another very gentle exfoliation that I tried the oat mixture into a paste with sour cream or yogurt and a massage to fix her face. Warm milk and sugar mixed to a paste is another option.

According to Peel (I have the night) I sign a fragrance, color free, alcohol-free aloe vera gel to help calm the skin and calm redness. I use Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Crystal Clear Gel. You'll find it at Walmart. Aloe Vera works very well because he is not fat and is naturally moisturizing, provided they contain no alcohol.

After cleaning with a mild detergent in the morning (I prefer Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream), I ask Neostrata Daytime Smoothing Cream Level 3 Because your skin is sensitive you might want to level 1 and gradually start 3rd This cream contains glycolic acid (concentration ranges from 4% for the Level 1 to 10% for stage 3), an alpha hydroxy acid. Ar AHAand "effective to eliminate the accumulation of dead cells on the surface of the skin," said Neostrata. You can also try using a toner that contains glycolic acid or AHA. I've also read that products with retinol, as Retin-A, have the same effect, making the cell regeneration of the skin. However, you can start increasing the peeling of the skin to adapt. It can also be difficult to handle for sensitive skin.

I also found that taking vitamin B complex helps to reduce the amount of flakes to have used mainly the thick, scaly flakes around my nose and chin. (I started on other symptoms of vitamin A found it helped with flakes too!) However, for me, it seems best in combination with the above system of care work. But you should ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamins or supplements? Even if you already check a multivitamin, how much B-vitamins in multivitamin and B complex, to ensure that no VATEED upper tolerable limits! See link below for a website that lists all the vitamins and maximum tolerable.

Hope this helps - I know how annoying it can be skin problems. Good luck!

Yes, I agree. The scaly skin is dehydration, drink plenty of fluids not only the skin but is dehydrated oily skin. Use a moisturizing water-based. Also in relation to the face is swollen and red when you use a brush, it looks more like an allergic reaction to an ingredient that the sensitivity of the skin. Read labels to find out, try what part to give his reaction.
Cleaning or scrub your face is the best way to get rid of dry skin quickly.
Try the following: brown sugar, honey, lemon drops. mixed and then used as a scrub, leave for 10 minutes as a mask. He would like the result!
PS: This chemical-peeling is great, but difficult to prove in a shower.

Good luck.

Use only a cleaning once a week. I had the same problem last week, and I use a moisturizer, but said that makes his skin thick, then use a moisturizer that is hypoallergenic, fragrance free, oil free and SPF 15 (Moisturizer Sheer Cover).
ensure that we have found is free from oil and, if wished salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to treat acne ..
Here are some examples of Pharmacy (clean and clear oil moisturizer for dry skin) http://pics.drugstore.com/prodimg/16502/ ...

I think it is a great chance that had the same problem I have seen a few times. Your skin is dehydrated, ie, the water shortage. To produce more oil to compensate. Peel, etc. What you pleased with your lifestyle in relation to the thinking hydration. In my case, is dehydration due to drug allergy disadvantages. You might take a medication, or not drinking enough water, or maybe drink too much coffee / tea, etc. now starting to large amounts of sports drinks and / or coconut water. These are the best way to rehydrate. Thus for a few days and then switch to water.

Good luck.
