Why is it that when cheese is in solid form everyone says to eat it cause its a healthy source of dairy,and? - solid source

Bleh, melted cheddar, the question again? It has lots of oil, which it refers. x__x Especially when the microwave in a dish, fat really shows. I think so, because all the fat and looks a little disgusting. Also, now that should be eaten 50g/mg (I'm not good at measuring, but a small amount of cheese) in a bucket or something, but if it is based on something, they tend to use more.
