Hello, I would cook on custom forms. For example, Pac Man Ghost brownies, I will not cut it, because I want a clean way for them. I looked at the cookie-metallic strip kits (to help with cookie cutter to shape) and jars of clay casting individual. I have tried to polymer, it works well, but burns over time. I `d like to discuss mold ceramic sine I heard anyway cooked the best food. Suggestions? The forms that I want are not available everywhere, and I want control over the semi anyway. First, do not use food polymer. Period. It will not kill someone instantly, but we do not know much about plastics leaching, food, etc., and the rates of heating plastic of some of these things too.
(I'm pretty polymer clay, and certainly not to say that the sky falling on him, but I avoid the use of polymers in direct contact with food.)
In his own forms, you can create using a 2-part silicone injection molding (also for cooking with a polymer or a liquid polymer) and are usually harmless and inert food that can tolerate the time, and the publication and detailed forms.
