I'm in central New Jersey, and no underage clubs here. There are many LGBT youth groups and schools with programs for adolescents. Check in your area.
I do not think there are fewer than 18 gay clubs in New Jersey time. I live in Jersey City. It might be more comfortable in a group of young gay, I know that some churches are Episcopalians, and many schools now have LGBT clubs.
Although you might think that's not cool to be gay.
